Project Coordinator for Ambient Branded Export

Work Location

Company location: On-site at the factory in Gniewino.
Type: Replacement contract for 12 – 18 months with the possibility for prolongation or offer for relocation within Thai Union group globally

Role Mission

Be responsible for projects’ supervision in compliance with corporate methodology.

Follow market trends closely collaborating with Key Account Managers, responding to customer’s needs.

Support the Product Development team in coordinating new Product Development projects. The responsibility begins with gathering all necessary input data and securing project approval, and continues through to conducting a comprehensive post-launch analysis one year after market introduction.

This role is focused on branded export market

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage detailed project plan with timelines and defined milestones.
Collecting and summarizing the cost of the project,
Allocate resources and tasks required to deliver project goals.
Ensure effective communication within the Project Team and between departments.
Monitor project status, escalate delays, and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Support and oversee project risk assessments and develop corrective actions.
Gather cost-related data (COGS) in collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, etc
Build and maintain strong relationships with Factory teams (Production, Quality Control, Lean department).
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand customer expectations and ensure high product satisfaction.
Initiate and coordinate packaging development to meet client requirements (internal and external approvals).
Maintain precise project documentation and archive milestone decisions as per internal procedures.
Perform all of the above tasks to achieve final customer approvals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (project coordination, marketing, or product development), preferably in FMCG
Education: Higher education – ideally in project management, marketing, or related fields.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with project management is preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English, allowing to use it during daily work
Tools: Excellent knowledge of MS Office; basic knowledge of graphic software, Adobe Illustrator and SAP is a plus.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
