Role Mission

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager / Brand Manager to join our marketing team and support the King Oscar brand in Poland. In this role, you will develop and execute brand strategy, lead innovation projects, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and brand equity.

This position reports to King Oscar Marketing Manager located in Norway

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 3-year brand and segment plans, defining positioning, value proposition, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage the full marketing mix across communication, product, price, and promotion to strengthen brand performance.
  • Lead innovation and portfolio management — from concept development to market launch.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Create and execute annual brand plans and campaigns based on consumer insights and market data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Sustainability Team, Supply Chain, and Export to align on strategy and execution.
  • Track performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement of brand results.

Our requirements

  • Education: Higher education in Marketing, Business/Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (Marketing or Product Development), preferably in FMCG preferably food industry, with proven ownership of end-to-end business performance.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Tools: Excellent MS Office skills; experience with graphic software and SAP is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong digital marketing, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Nice to have: Strategic and analytical mindset, creativity in brand engagement, and passion for food, health, and sustainability.
